Q: How do I get started as a member of the Gatorback Club?
A: It's easy! Click here to register and receive an automatic 25 bonus points. We'll send you submission forms and envelopes, and you'll be equipped to save proofs of purchase and begin earning rewards! You also can talk to your Goodyear distributor for more information.

Q: Where do I obtain submission forms and envelopes?
A: Supplies are available from Goodyear distributors or you can click here to request them.

Q: How do I track my accumulation of points?
A: After you've become a Goodyear Gatorback Club member, you can visit the 'My Account' page, log in and see your point totals, redemption options and other member-only information.

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Log in to the 'My Account' page and view your redemption options. The system will walk you through choosing your rewards and confirm your request via e-mail. If you do not have access to e-mail, call 888.587.0169 and a customer service specialist can walk you through the redemption process.

Q: How are my rewards delivered to me? How long will it take after I redeem points?
A: Rewards are sent by mail. You will receive gifts within two weeks of the date of request.

Q: Is there a maximum number of points I can accrue?
A: Yes. At this time, 10,000 points is the highest plateau you can reach. At that point, we ask you to redeem your points for gifts and, to congratulate you for reaching this milestone, you will automatically be entered into a drawing for two tickets to a NASCAR Sprint Cup Race.

Q: Should I keep track of the points I send in or can I simply rely on the total from the Web site?
A: The Web site will keep a running tally of the proofs of submission we have received, however, because mailing issues can occur, you must keep a copy of the submission form as proof.
